Payment and delivery

While we remain fully operational, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused a substantial strain on the global post system, which has resulted in significant shipping delays. In light of this, we are temporarily extending our delivery timeframe to 40 working days, before we will process a non-delivery claim. Although most orders are arriving in 3 weeks. We are currently shipping by registered air mail (signature required), we hope to have end-to-end tracking available again soon.

We are able to process Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. You can choose which one card you prefer.

Our prices are shown in US Dollars.

B. Conversion Statement

Our bank account is registered in Serbia with Banka Intesa Beograd, bank of Intesa San Paolo Group, Italy, and all payments in US Dollars will be converted and effected in local currency Serbian dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same Euro amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site. Thank you for your understanding. We treat your details with the strictest confidence. Our payment gateway uses the industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.

All our prices are inclusive of shipping. We guarantee delivery.

Our packages will be delivered to the customer within maximum of 20 working days (Mon-Fri). It depends on country of customer.

We have official distributor of our goods which has strongly defined contracts with several EU Posts such as the HUN Post, DE Post, AUS Post, CZ Post, SK Post.

We exactly know which type of Post shipment is the best option for a specific country. We ship our shipments as tracked, priority, registred and EMS (in case that customer prefer to receive asap).

If customer prefer any type of shipment she/he can write this in comment and we will ship as requested.

Refund and Reship policy – complaints

A package is considered lost after 24 working days (Mon - Fri). At that point we will refund or reship at our discretion. As a rule of thumb 24 working is approx 1 month, that is to say if we ship on the 5th of April we will reship on 5th of May. If a package is shipped with tracking, it will be considered lost 24 working days after the most recent tracking update. Refund policy does not cover packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses, or items which are mis-delivered or stolen after delivery. Please double check your information before placing your order.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Luca Shoes is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, MasterCard and Maestro payment methods, which means that the institution will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

Once we note your request, we will send you reply very quick (not more than 24 h) and let you know about next steps.

If you send us complaint, please include order number for which you are sending complaint, corresponding tracking number of that order (this one you will receive in confirmation when order shipped) and reason of complaint.

Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you investigate your local regulations and charges before completing an order.
